With her inviting you to deeply relax with some gentle breaths and then guiding you into a deep meditation whilst playing the beautiful Angelic Alchemising Crystal Singing Bowls, the magnificent Ancient Acoustic Healing Gong, and Koshi Chimes – to create a healing vibration that surrounds, entrains and allows an inner balance to emerge in the self. The internal adjustments experienced are transformational.
