Come and melt away the stresses and worries of life with a guided meditation lunchtime session with Meeta.
Together, you will practice breathing techniques to relax the body and Emotional Freedom Technique (Tapping) to release anxiety and negative emotions from the mind.
The session will end with a guided visualisation using essential oils to leave you feeling completely calm and totally relaxed.
This is 60 minutes of pure tranquility and self care.
